You can now subscribe to my blog via e-mail. Follow these 4 simple steps:

1) Simply click on the "Please Subscribe" located on the top right hand corner.

2) Type in your email address and the text you see in the box.

3) They will send you a verification email, click on the link and you will automatically receive updates whenever I publish a post.
